Rebekah Babcock, St. Petersburg Office Manager
Rebekah Babcock was born in Louisville, KY and re-located to Clearwater, FL at a very young age. In 2002 she received her dental Expanded Functions and Radiological Health Certificates and over the years has enjoyed both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. She joined the St. Petersburg Dental Center group back in Jan. 2019 as our St. Petersburg Office Manager.
Rebekah enjoys spending time with her daughter who currently attends St. Petersburg College and her husband, Richard. Together they love to travel to different areas of the world each year and visit the snow!
She hopes to continue her education and training. Rebekah hopes to always be in a place where she can continue to grow and learn.

Terra Robinson, Clearwater Office Manager
Terra Robinson has been the Office Manager of St. Petersburg Dental Center Feather Sound since 2012.
At St. Petersburg Dental Center Feather Sound, it’s our goal to provide a positive difference in the lives of our patients. It’s our goal to establish a long-lasting relationship with each of our patients, where they can feel comfortable talking about any dental issues they may have. We connect with each patient in a positive and friendly manner. We want our dental practice to be a place where patients want to come and refer their family and friends.
Maggie Milek, CRDH
Maggie Milek attended undergraduate school at the University of Colorado and then postgraduate school at Colorado University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene as well as being certified in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Certification. One of her biggest professional interests is traveling.
Maggie chose a career in dentistry because it lends to close interaction with patients, is an avenue to serve others, and help patients lead healthier lives. She particularly enjoys working to educate patients about the importance of oral health. A flexible lifestyle was also something that attracted Dr. Milek to a career in dentistry.
Being bilingual, Maggie is fluent in English and Polish. She enjoys gardening, reading, and yoga in her free time. She also has a unique ability to relate to others, which helps to provide a comforting atmosphere for her patients.
Deidre Welch, EFDA
Deidre Welch is a Certified Dental Assistant and OSHA Certified. She received her degree from Gainesville Florida Dental School and has learned through the trade how to incorporate expanded duties.
When Deidre was in high school, her mom arranged for her to work with their family dentist. That created a passion for “helping people and comforting them when they are nervous.”
Some of her hobbies are baking, decorating cakes and shopping. Deidre has a light-hearted personality and enjoys time with her family and friends. She likes to help everyone the best way possible and Deidre keeps the office atmosphere fun with jokes and fun.
Jessica Wessel, CRDH, BASDH
Jessica Wessel is a Dental Hygienist on our team. She has her Associate’s Degree in Science – Dental Hygiene and her Bachelor’s in Applied Science – Dental Hygiene. Jessica’s undergraduate degree was completed through St. Petersburg College. She loves making a difference in her patients’ oral and systemic health.
“I enjoy volunteering at local dental events providing dental care to my surrounding community.” Jessica’s passion is to help others and make dental appointments a positive experience.
Some of her hobbies are walking on the beach and spending time with her family, friends, and Shih Tzu, Mia.
Cameron Shaffer, CNA, CRR
Cameron Shaffer, originally from Indiana, loves being a part of helping others in need and supporting the health of patients. After having the opportunity to dip his toes into the career field, Cameron has decided that the dentistry field is for him and has ambitious plans to go to hygiene school in the near future. He was given the opportunity to get into the dentistry field and has loved it ever since.
Some of Cameron’s hobbies are travel, running and spending time with family.
Erica Fry was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. She attended St. Petersburg College where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004. After she graduated, she began working at St. Petersburgh Dental Center. Erica has worked with us for almost 16 years and says she feels lucky to have found a dental home immediately after school. She enjoys the office because of our great staff and wonderful patients.
Specializing in making hygiene appointments a positive and relaxing experience, Erica feels strongly about changing negative dental experiences from the past into an enjoyable visit.
Erica enjoys hanging out with her son and daughter. Together they enjoy biking around our awesome downtown. Travel, gardening and dabbling in interior design are also at the top of her interests.
Deborah Deal, CRDH, BS
Deborah Deal achieved her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene at St. Petersburg College and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern Florida. She also has her Certification for Local Anesthesia. Deborah tries to stay current with research in preventative oral care, especially in periodontal treatment.
“I like forming relationships with my patients and educating them on oral and preventative care. I feel this develops habits that improve their oral health and overall health.”
As a child, Deborah loved her dentist and orthodontist. She was also fascinated by the equipment that was used in the office. This led to a passion for the dentistry field.
In her free time, Deborah enjoys traveling to new places, baking and cake decorating.

Shelby Fahlman, OSHA, CPR
Shelby Fahlman is a wonderful asset to our team at St. Petersburg Dental Center. She strives to have each patient leave our office happy and confident, not only in a clinical aspect but also the clerical and financial aspect. Shelby grew up admiring a friend’s family dental practice, being attracted to the atmosphere. This is what led to a passion for the industry.
Along with finding joy in helping others to feel better about themselves and their smiles, Shelby also enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking in parks, going to the beach and kayaking rivers and springs. She also has a unique past in horse showing and has placed 4th in her class at the World Championship Horse Show.
Evelyn Rosario, EFDA
Evelyn Rosario is a Dental Assistant on our team. She received her undergraduate degrees in Puerto Rico and New Jersey. Evelyn received her dental training at Ramirez College.
With her training, Evelyn has become skilled in the ability to utilize problem solving skills. She enjoys dentistry because of her deep concern for others and her passion to show patients how to improve their overall dental habits/health. “Seeing a smile on my patients’ faces and making sure that they are happy with my work that I have provided to them” are her top concerns. Evelyn enjoys helping her patients improve their self-confidence and appearance as well as teaching them about how to achieve excellent oral hygiene.
Evelyn is bilingual, fluently speaking Spanish and English. She enjoys traveling, movies and shopping. She also enjoys walking on the beach and exploring restaurants. Evelyn is a good listener and always seems to have the right advice to give. A strong sense of teamwork and offering help when needed are qualities that make Evelyn a wonderful part of our office.
Tina Westerh, OSHA, CPR
Tina Westerh, one of our friendly team members, enjoys expanding her knowledge about new treatments and procedures in the dental industry. The value that she lends to her patients by keeping up to date is extremely beneficial. She loves being able to help people understand all areas of their dental health and being able to explain treatment options. She is also happy to answer questions about insurance topics.
Happening to come upon an ad for a dental assistant, Tina thought it sounded interesting. Once she went in for an interview for a front desk coordinator position, she knew she had stepped into a great career.
In her free time, Tina enjoys kayaking, bike riding, going to the beach, walking her dogs and hanging out with her family. She is easy to talk to and enjoys helping others to be at ease.
Amy Allen – Lead Clinical Assistant, EFDA
Amy Allen is our Lead Clinical Assistant. She graduated in 1993 from the Academy of Dental Assisting with her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Radiological Health Certifications. She stays current on CE courses, CPR and OSHA Certifications and loves to help others.
Amy was born as a native Floridian in St. Petersburg, FL and in her spare time loves spending time with her fur baby dachshunds, floating on the Rainbow River and skiing in Montana.
Mindy Warren, CRDH
Mindy Warren was raised in beautiful St. Petersburg and attended local schools. She had great experiences under the care of her childhood dentist and orthodontist which is what formulated her interest in the dental profession.
Working as a Dental Assistant for St. Petersburg Dental Center first, Mindy then returned as a Dental Hygienist.
She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and being involved with organizations that help make St. Petersburg a great place to work and live. Mindy’s interests include gardening, cooking, and enjoying all of the fun and beauty of our town.
Kathleen Brammer, OSHA, CPR
Kathleen (Kathy) has been an amazing asset to St. Petersburg Dental Center for going on 19 years now and has served many roles over the years as our Bookkeeper and Front Desk Coordinator. Kathy was born in Saginaw, MI; however, has been in the Tampa Bay area since 1990. Kathy really enjoys spending time with her family while cooking out and camping with her two daughters and husband. She is very passionate about working with our very long-term patients face to face.
